This vessel was sold new by us and is now in the hands of her second, very knowledgeable owner who has spent a considerable amount of time and money in upgrading this boat to make her not only faster, but easier to sail. For a "cruising boat" she has quite a record!! She was the first Catalina to finish in the Harvest Moon Regatta (150 miles offshore) the last three years. In 2006 she was 1st place in the same regatta in the Cruising Spinnaker Class, 1st in her Division. She was also 1st in her Division in 2007. Last she was 1st place in the Cruising Spinnaker Class in the 2008 Regatta de Amigos which is an offshore race from Galveston Texas to Vera Cruz, Mexico.
